ASCB EMBO 2017 Poster: Automated novel neuronal type discoveries by machine learning

In this poster we presented the technology deployed in Aivia (initially in version 5.1) and showcased a new application of it. We found that the One Class Random Forest approach was suitable for the detection of novel neuron classes. For more information see full size poster.
