For older builds of Aivia and SVCell, sometimes users experience issues connecting to the server. This is often due to the permission settings of your OS, network, or firewall.
The first step to try is always right-click on the Aivia or SVCell icon and select "Run as administrator". This simple step will solve the majority of connectivity issues.
If this does not work, ensure that your internet connectivity is working and your network hardware is functioning as intended.
